Once again thank you very much for seeing me so quickly last night.

Just a quick update, I have managed to have 1/2 tin of soup lunchtime and eaten some mash potato with some melted cheese in it this evening and kept it all down.
I still feel light headed at times and get very tired quickly, mainly from not drinking enough over the past 4 days, but hopefully now I can drink and keep it down this will soon pass.
Thank you once again for your kindness shown to me.

 Things have settled down to perfection for me ... I'm so glad and relieved!! My restriction I would say is as it was pre-christmas, with a perfect tweak to allow me just to be sensible enough to continue losing.

 
And you're right the initial loss had to be mainly water/fluids. And now I really have to include a sensible toning exercise into my programme to address a few body issues!!! i.e. non existent boobs!

Well now at 10.03 and so so happy! it makes all the difference having just the right restriction doesn't it???

Ref the band.-  not easy is it. My last fill with you has given me enough restriction to lose about 25kg approx so actually am doing really well thanks. 

 
I struggle hugely with quantities what i should /shouldnt eat etc etc the head bit, and do pb a lot - though i do know the answers. -- you've no doubt heard it all before, but i am plugging away.
 
I had an annual appointment with with my surgeon (actually his assistant) in mid Dec when I had an x-ray to make sure all was in order. Everything was fine - I didn't have a fill - no need, and the band was still singing and dancing. I explained that you were doing my fills, and he was fine with that.
 
He also was not too bothered that we did not know how much is in the band, and said that the procedure of a complete defill prior to a fill addition was in his opinion poor practice, as it can unseat the band and you may have to virtually start again - pretty much what you said.

 Has Jaci progressed the website any further? I would like to blow your trumpet re. fills etc. on the various websites/support groups...

I've had a good day so far, I just forgot earlier about drinking soon after eating and I really felt the difference with the restriction.

I already feel better, LESS FOOD THOUGHTS.

I'm more restricted now and am having to slow things down,but i'm still going strong.
It's early days yet so i'm watching everything closely.

I just wanted to send you an email to say that for the first time, I had a successful bandfill, without any of the usual drama. My husband was delighted, but we both said that your wife and you were very professional in ascertaining my requirements and allowing me to have a very small amount of fill, which is working well for me. Additionally, you provided me with a great deal of extra information which I found very useful, and enabled me to have a better understanding of the gastric band and some of the problems I had encountered historically.

I will certainly be booking your service again, once again many thanks for your help.

Just wanted to thank you again for your fantastic service. It's so much more than a 'fill clinic' with you two; the support and advice given is second to none and to know that you're contactable pretty much all of the time is so  reassuring, given that us bandsters can be prone to sudden tightenings  and what-not (the joys of a band! lol... though i wouldn't change it for  
the world!).

Going back a while now, but i never got to really thank you properly for  all your help and support and for seeing me so quickly when i needed an  emergency defill a couple of years ago. If it hadn't been for you, i don't know where i would have ended up - a+e i imagine! 

The fill from yesterday seems to have worked a treat! I'm sitting here sipping on a cup of coffee at 9.30am and it's taken me over half an hour to drink it (and have had to warm it up twice!), whereas before i could have gulped  it in 5 mins flat lol. Perfect!
